Since 2013, we have sourced specialized equipment for some of the world’s largest operations. Existing procurement relationships continue under Requisition Desk, with a service focused on intake, quoting, and fulfillment.

How a requisition is handled.

The desk can work by purchase order, procurement portal, or email.

  1. Route 01

    Request received

    Send a product URL, part number, or description with your work email.

  2. Route 02

    Source and quote

    The desk checks availability and replies within one business day, usually with a quote.

  3. Route 03

    Purchase order

    Issue the PO to Requisition Desk. If onboarding is required, we complete it with your AP team.

  4. Route 04

    Fulfillment

    We purchase, kit when requested, and ship. Payment terms range from Net-30 to Net-90.
